1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Service Agreements

All service contracts are governed by individual project agreements signed before work commences. These agreements outline the scope of work, project timeline, pricing, warranties, responsibilities, and cancellation policies.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

A deposit of 30–50% is required before project initiation. Remaining payments are due according to agreed project milestones, with the final balance payable upon project completion. Late payments may incur applicable fees.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit approvals, or unforeseen circumstances may extend the project schedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, ensuring site accessibility, obtaining necessary approvals when applicable, and making timely payments throughout the project.

6. Warranty

We provide warranties on eligible workmanship and selected materials as specified in your project agreement. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed, materials purchased, and expenses incurred before cancellation. Administrative charges may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be handled according to the applicable laws and jurisdiction specified in the project agreement.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Service Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of signing a contract are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations after 48 hours but before work begins receive a 50% refund. Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable.

2. Material Returns

Unopened, unused materials may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened but unused materials. Custom-ordered materials are non-returnable.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with completed work, notify us in writing within 7 days. We will inspect and address legitimate concerns at no additional cost. If issues cannot be resolved, a proportional refund may be issued based on the scope of deficient work.
